I remember once I got this one computer game in a cereal box where you were some guy going down a river... was it the Amazon? Anyway, you had this random female guide who really looked a lot Robin Roberts from Good Morning America. Only she didn't ever really do anything helpful except row my boat and tell me that I had scurvy a million times.
I hate the way she'd say it, too... "Bad news. You've got scurvy."
There was no point to the game... no goal, no prizes, nothing. And the soundtrack was all just your typical, generic "I'm exploring the Amazon with some chick who looks like Robin Roberts" music. Ugh, no passion.
And the woman got tired of rowing waaay too quickly for my liking. She'd ask me for a break every five seconds, I swear. I always told her no, heheh.
I'm sure I've played worse, but for now this one is it.

MySims
It was a lot of, "remind me again why I'm playing this?". It was good for the car ride through a barren desert because it's slightly more interesting than the empty landscape. In any other situation, it's just the same annoying things to do in a very restricted map. The fail was also added to by the fact that it was bought at Walmart.
I have another one though, and it's not because of bad game play or anything like that, The Sims 2.
When it first came out, i was really excited to install it on my (for the first time as mine alone) own computer! I needed to upgrade the graphics card so it could play, and so my dad went out and bought one with me. We forgot to check it's power needs. After creating two characters my computer died. For good. Every single piece of it got trashed, including the keyboard. That was the worst time I ever had playing a game.

BlazBlue.
Worst game ever. Combo system was pretty bad.
The ability to do a super by hitting UP on the dpad? Dumb.
Ridiculously steep learning curve compared to other fighting games. Plus the character designs are just anime archetypes.
A school girl with guns? A dark antihero who wears red and black? A loli vampire?
Wow. Really original there. The only saving grace of this game was how great it looks.
But looking great doesn't mean sandwich if the game sucks. Yea, you guys are welcome to smite my karma. Game still sucks. End of story.

Ya'll just got pwned by John right there. But the worst game has to be... Castlevania Adventures for the Gameboy. Never has a vampire-slaying whip been so gay. But if the criteria for being the worst is based upon the formula of Expectation-Actual Gameplay Experience, FF7 is definitely the worst game I have ever played. Much better RPG's came out in 1998 *cough* Xenogears *cough*. The plot of FF7 is ridiculously played out, the combat system is ancient, and every character was designed to make a non-fanboy/girl rage. The only thing I did like about the game was the materia.
